B-Plan Challenge winners and runners with CEO & Director of AIC-JITF and JIT Management. B-Plan Challenge preliminary rounds were conducted at more than 10 locations in which 350 women participated. Out of them 40 teams made it to finals.
Half a day training was given to participants on B-Plan followed by competition in the second half. Participants came up with innovative ideas to solve some real-time problems. Best innovative ideas won the prizes.
