Entrepreneurship Sensitization and Development Program in Food Processing was conducted from January 21st to 25th 2020. Dr. M G Anantha Prasad, CEO, AIC-JITF briefed about the training and opportunities available for Food Technology sector.

A five day workshop was successfully conducted. Participants from different walks of life like farmers, young entrepreneurs, and lecturers attended the workshop. Participants were trained on new technologies in food processing, packaging, preparations of quick & healthy food, other aspects of entrepreneurship such as support from funding agencies and rules & regulations to form a start-up.

Various products like rasam paste, yogurt, nutri bar, appetizer and many other items were prepared by participants during the training days.
