Technology Demonstration Training on new food processing techniques for vegetables, fruits and ragi from 12th to 15th February 2020. A four day workshop was conducted at Ahalya Village, Mysuru. The training session was for farmers of Ahalya Village to educate them on minimal processing technology, hurdle technology, ready to serve beverage technology and ready to eat technologies.Dr. Nanjappa, Senior Scientist (Retired), Defence Food Research Laboratory (DFRL) and Mr. Yeshaswi Nag, Mentor, AIC handled the session and also gave practical hands on training to the farmers about vegetable dehydration technology, ready to serve beverage technology and ready to eat ragi ball technology.
